Heeding that still small voice is sometimes hard and isn’t without a season of pain. God will never leave us or forsake us, but sometimes the detour that we choose takes us down a road that had we listened to that voice and used the discretion He has given us, we wouldn’t be in the place we are currently in at the time. But without times like these, we may not have as great of an opportunity for growth and a chance to show a strengthening of our faith.

I agree. It really is simple to step out of His will, NoMo. Ohhhh I’ve certainly been in this situation before. I’ve learned to be more sensitive and obedient to His promptings because ‘God is right, even when we don’t agree with Him.’ -joyce meyer

Thank you for your transparency Mary! You are a breath of fresh air. Keep at it.

#1- Every day! I still don’t understand/comprehend exactly where my life is going. I just know that each day, come what may, has an opportunity to be better than the last.
#2- With absolute certainty. His Word is truth. When I find myself unhappy, or in trouble, it’s because I have free will and chose self reliance over His instruction. He is ALWAYS right!
